It seems there's a highway map expert convention somewhere because all the people I called are out until next week.
Does anyone know what the TRAP label is all about?

My guess would be silt fence, bale barrier or some other sort of erosion control.?ÿ Check the list of pay items.

I checked the required list and all the pages and there is no mention of TRAP.?ÿ I agree that it sounds like a "plumbing" reference but I'm thinking that it's property trapped between two rights-of-way that is now unusable.

It does have to do with water.
