Hello all, having a few small problems after the upgrade to Carlson 2014 and thought maybe someone on here has come across them or could point me in the right direction to fix.
problem#1: Create an offset distance through "annotate", "survey text". Click on it and try to change the text height in the properties dialog box and it just shrinks the text. I can click the text but no matter what I change the height to it doesn't change at all....Had no problems with it in 2013.....and tried it in a 2013 today too, no problems........
Problem#2: while working in viewports, sporadically it will kick me out into model space without me doing anything. Usually between commands but sometimes in the middle of one! Again, not a problem I had in 2013 so it seems to me to be some kind of setting somewhere but I could be wrong..
So, anyone know of these "problems"?? Thanks in advance for responses'!

The settings for survey text are under the pulldown Annotate > Survey Text > Survey Text Defaults > Adjoiner text, scaler. Mine is set to 0.10.
Don't understand your second problem. Maybe your clicking in another viewport?
