Geospatial Data Act Passed

What does this mean for the survey industry? Is it too late to jump on the band wagon? Or, have we (surveyors) missed the boat (again)?

Uh, November 14 is the ex-wifes's birthday. ?ÿShould I send her something that is GIS-related?

Or should I get her the same thing I got Mrs. Cow on her birthday a couple weeks ago? ?ÿNothing.

?ÿ

Surveyors are the starting point for the highest quality data to be used in the GIS.?ÿ I think its safe to say they created the boat, and are in the same position they were and better from before it was passed.

I can report that I've given lots of data to the GIS community, some even is still in the system, however some has been overridden by lessor information.?ÿ
