I have a drawing that I been working on that is now having problems with the Mtext editing. There also seems to be an issue with UCS angles or UNITS, because a LIST of a line does not match the bearing of the coordinates.
But, now everytime I edit a MTEXT, after editing the text block rotates itself 180 degrees.

I have had the same problem (bug) with Carlson 2008 Standalone. Check your DIRECTION in Units Control. It should be set to EAST.
