Losing my Calibration when importing to TBC

Are you dragging and dropping your .job file into a TBC project?

If so, try going through the import dialog instead, the dialog gives you more options.

When prompted be sure to "Convert to Data Collector coordinate system" at import.

Per the above make sure if prompted you select convert to Data Collector System. Also try creating a project with a vanilla template like US Survey Feet and importing to that.
