Anyone have suggestions on a program to assist in latitudinal curve layout?

If I read this correctly, you're looking to layout a curve a latitude. There are about 8 different flavors of latitude. Pick your flavor.
Is this for a true graphical representation or to create points for field crews?
Contact the local BLM office. They survey on the curve all the time. I would suggest talking with my buddy, Keith, but he, like me, did it the old fashioned way as described in the 1947 BLM Manual.:-)

Jerry,
You are right and we knew how to run a curve and we had the '47 Manual to advise.
I doubt, with GPS equipment now days, I would not know how to run a latitudinal curve?
I do have a solar transit that I could run that curve with.
Keith
I was going to suggest Burt's Solar Cadd Program.
I have a staff compass.

I would use Corpscon. You know the Latitude line you want to run. Just compute the State Plane Coordinate values for the longitudes at whatever your desired interval is. Plug it into your data collector then stake.

Classic rpls.com strikes:-D
These guys have banjos too:

Love those banjos and they were all 5 string.
I tried to play a banjo years ago, but gave it up. Not musically inclined I guess?
And didn't want to spend 4 hours every day on it!
Keith
Thanks all.
Just taking the CFeds course and I thought with programs doing most every other type of stakeout, why not this one. Not that I was trying/planning to use a program during the test, but in the office. I have never had a reason to compute the data before this course. Just being curious.
Thanks again,
Rick

Holy resurrection of posts. I saw Keith's name and though he found a skeleton key back in then realised the OP was from April. Thanks for the follow up.;-)
