I need CAD help here. I have a drawing .dwg that contains thousands of ellipses that have the same minor axis and major axis. Because of that fact, I need to quickly convert them into circles so I can label their diametric dimension. But how can we convert them? I am using Civil 3D 2014.

Eugenio,

I'm not understanding. Why do you need to convert ellipses to circles? And would you use the Major or Minor axis for the new diameter of the circle?

I can't think of any way to batch-edit all the ellipses at once, but perhaps you can find an answer at the Civil 3D Forum:

I could write Autolisp code to create circles and delete the ellipses. My offer: $100 fee and I'll provide the code in 3 days.
