Is there a way to fix polygon side lengths with dynamic angles for deed drawing purposes?

I'd like to be able to draw polygons but lock their line lengths but be able to tweak their angles so I can try to fit deeds together that don't call out bearings. Wondering if there is a way to do this is civil 3d or carlson?

[SARCASM]I'm sure there is, but it would definitely be harder in Texas.....[/SARCASM]

OK, you lost me. I mean, I think in theory that it is possible. But number of angles that would close flat without distances changing would be pretty hard. I think....

Yes there is an Autocad routine that does EXACTLY that.
It's called Geometric Constraints.

omg, it looks like you need both geoconstraint and dimconstraint but this is game changing for me. Thank you.

The angles would be absolutely close flat

StarNet could be used for this.

Yeah, that's a no-brainer in Star*Net.
