Their must be a simple solution but I'm stumped.
Plots sent to HP500 are double the drawing scale; as if the 11x22 sheet was expanded to 22x34. all text, images, linescales, etc. are twice the size.
Acad2004 on Win Vista.
Plot preview looks fine. I suspect it is a HP500 issue. Also, it is inconsistent. seems to happen every 4 or 5 drawings with no clear pattern of sheet size, dwg-template
Have not re-installed drivers. Hoping their is a simple dialog box that needs to be unchecked, that I haven't fd. yet.
what say you sages?
Check to see if your plot is a "Fit". If not and the settings are good then try making a pdf and then plot.
I had this prob with 04 before. By creating a pdf you can elminate a driver problem and concentrate of 04. I don't remember the final fix though

yeah, that's been my workaround- plotting to a *.pdf and then sending that to HP500.
(Sometimes my *.pdf writer will not plot landscape- another problem. but it is freeware so I can't complain.)
