Today while plotting a map, my HP T120 just stopped plotting and came up with an ink system error. After a couple times of turning the plotter off and on, I got a blue screen error and the cartridges on the carriage stayed stuck on the opposite end. After some research on the blue screen error I found a USB Encrypted Chip on eBay that claims to fix the problem.
Just wondering if anyone has tried or had this problem.
I will probably end up purchasing another plotter. I have a feeling the HP is just rejecting the generic ink cartridges I recently installed.
I wonder if all the brands are following this model of requiring their own ink cartridges on their product. I thought I was getting a deal on the generic cartridges, I GUESS NOT.
