Nice.

I seem to have a problem with my Access. The + and - string suffix buttons don't do anything. I've been clicking around in options and trying different settings but nothing seems to make them work. Anyone else run into this situation before?

Hey, I'll check this out - which screen are you looking at ? Measure codes?

And what controller?

It seems to be working as expected on my desktop

Yep, in the measure codes screen.  I'm using a TDC600.

It appears to be doing other goofy things when I push the + or -.  For example, if I have a line code like TBC I'll hit TBC and then + (nothing appears to happen), + again (nothing appears to happen), + again (nothing appears to happen.  So then I'll just manually type in a 1 after the TBC and then shoot something as TBC1 and then end the string.  I'll go shoot some other things and then go back to shoot a TBC and when I push the button in the measure code panel a TBC3 will pop into the code box.

Then when I press and hold on the TBC button to read what's in there it says just TBC (not TBC3).  So I'll back all the way out of the measure and measure code routines, go back into measure codes again and push TBC and TBC3 will pop into the box.  The only way I've found to fix this is to press and hold on TBC, erase it and save, and then press and hold on the button again and re-enter TBC.  After I do all of that it works normally again.

Definitely seems to be bugginess going on, not sure if it's with the TDC600 only or all collectors.  I'll ask my coworker tomorrow if his TSC7 is working normally.

Thanks,

I'll give it a try on a TDC600

(yes, the controller type can be significant - especially Windows vs Android)

@bstrand

The basic + and - softkeys are working for me on my TDC600.

Maybe its something to do with the code - can you give an example?

Are you maybe using a feature code library?

Restricting your codes only to those in the library?

Are you able to share your job?

@jimcox

We have a company code list (.fxl), yes.  The + and - didn't work with a handful of codes that generate a line that I tried.

I'm at home now but I can send you the job file tomorrow.
