snapang will let you set the angle of your cross hairs.?ÿ If you have a dview angle you can just set it to the negative of the same angle and it will be parallel to the screen.?ÿ

If it's Autocad based it's either SNAPANG to change it back to 0 or a twisted view which you can set back by typing PLAN and hitting enter twice.
