@brad-ott When I go to the main page, it says that single-file and data directory downloads have been deprecated and you should use the Multi-file Download tool. Have you tried that yet??ÿ

@mkennedy I will check that out when I get back in front of my pc.

Has anyone out there been brave enough to try to download a file to help me identify if the trouble is solely at my end?

Thanks!

@brad-ott A Carlson Salesman demonstrated that to me and it looked pretty slick, but I could never get it to work for me. I think you have to set up the datum first to make it work, which he never showed me.

Just registered and downloaded as a test.

When selecting files you are using the "check box" to select, then click on submit button at page bottom.

It says it will send email notification when zip file ready to download.

Clicked on link to download in conformation email.

This just in from the state.?ÿ Thanks to everyone here, too:

Hi Brad,

Here are a couple of alternative sites to download the imagery.?ÿ

Ortho DEM Download Story App ƒ?? Contains compressed ECW compressed imagery tiles organized by county.?ÿ These can be easily downloaded for the entire county.

https://lidar.jinha.org/ - Contains Tiled GeoTifs.?ÿ These can be easily downloaded for specific areas of interest, one tile at a time.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding these resources?

More from the state, just as many of you have tried to tell me (and since I already had a login and was trying my old single file download procedures, I now understand better):

Dear Brad,

The single-file download tool had to be deprecated at the beginning of November
after changes made to the file management system ISDP connects to. You will now
need to use the multi-file download tool for all downloads, which requires a
login. Instead of clicking the filenames, for this download tool you will
select the file or files using the checkboxes to the left of the file names.
The tool can be accessed through ISDP here:
https://gis.iu.edu/downloads/index.html.

Once you create a new user account, the system will send you an email with a
new temporary password. I recommend copying and pasting the temporary password.
It will then prompt you to create a new password and ask you to accept terms.
After you accept the terms, the page will stay the same- please close that
window and login to the site in a new incognito browser.

Please let me know if you have any questions or further issues,
