I would like to look at an old job but it will not run. I get what appears to be a Windows CE error. "The following error occurred: Unknown reason"
Any ideas on how to get it back up and going?

You could try uninstall Topsurv and reinstall by downloading from the topcon website. It will probably only have Topsurv 8 and you will be swapping the bugs in 7 for different ones in 8.
DO you have a copy the files on your PC? If no, I suggest you copy the Topcon job file to a thumb drive or download it from DC to PC using ActiveSync (Windows 7) or Windows Mobile Device Center (Windows 8 & 10). Then install either TopSurv or Magnet Field (demo version, it's free) on your PC. Now, open the files on your PC.
I copied the file in question earlier today and have it on my day to day data collector, but I would still like to get the FC-2000 up a running. Seems like I use a couple times a month.
