We are way behind the software curve but was something we know and works for our applications.?ÿ It appears that our network server which is running Windows 7 updated and apparently we lost the connection to our Eagle Point License on the server.?ÿ The following is the explanation from our computer consultant:
It??s hard to ever walk away from a problem without resolution, but in this case we should not spend more time until we get something from the vendor. ?ÿSo, to the vendor here is the breakdown:?ÿ
- License server I running
- Licenses are not being present
- License server is using the attached license file
- XP client endpoints can talk to the server, but the server does not respond with a license
- In License manager app, no products are shown to be licensed
- You will need a good license file
- Current license files show being from 2010
- License file is attached
If anyone out there is still trying to get by with 2005 Eagle Point and has seen this issue or has a solution, please advise.
Thank you
