DOWNLOADING LATEST GEOID FILE INTO TBC

How does one download the latest geoid file into TBC??ÿ Appreciate the help.

Download the GGF file from the Trimble Docushare.

Open up C:ProgramDataTrimbleGeoData on your PC. (Might have to change settings to view hidden folders if you can't see "ProgramData")

Drop the GGF file into that folder.

Then open up the Coordinate System Manager, navigate to the Geoid section at left, and click the Add (plus) symbol at the top:

In the add dialog, type the name you want it to have (up to you), and then make sure you select the correct file in the drop down:

Click OK, and then make sure to click the Save button at top before exiting:

Then the new geoid will be available in TBC the next time you start a project.
