My HP DesignJet 450C has stopped printing magenta. I tried priming, and a new cartridge, but still no magenta. Tips?
I spoke too soon. I said that I tried priming, then a new cartridge, but I hadn't tried priming the new cartridge. That did the trick.

Just curious, are you using the magenta, yellow, and cyan?
I recently found out you can remove the 3 colors and just use the black.
The cartridge error light will flash, but the plotter will work fine.

Yes, most of my plots are in color. I do the occasional B&W mylar, but probably 90% of my plots are in color.
