Civil CAD 2006 Export of Coordinates

I can't seem to export to CSV the coordinates of an alignment together with the elevation of the stations.
You could export the alignment with PI coordinates & you could also export the stations with the elevations but you can't export the stations, PI coordinates & elevations in one table?
Problem with the 2 sets that are exported separately is that the 2 tables don't match line for line. Not all PI points have corresponding elevation values in the other table & vice-versa.
Am I doing something wrong here or the guy that wrote the software did not think you need elevation for every alignment point?
