According to the online help...

Pulldown Menu Location: Settings
Keyboard Command: quickkey
Prerequisite: None

The command line doesn't work and neither does the button under the "setup" ribbon.

Command: QUICKkey
Unknown command "QUICKKEY". Press F1 for help.

Any thoughts/solutions?

If by "OEM" you mean the version with embedded AutoCAD, then, no, Quick Keys do not come with it. Why they have that pull down is beyond me. Your Quick Keys are located in the PGP file in AutoCAD. I don't think you will find a PGP file in your software, so no quick keys.
There is a fix buried in the Discussion section of the Carlson web site. You create the PGP file, load it in your support directory and then all of your quick keys will autoload when you open the drawing. No need for the pull down that you mention. This file can be edited and/or modified using Windows Explorer.
Email me via this site and send me your email address and I will send you the file to fix your problem. (I'm still on 2010, but it should work on 2015. I have a copy of 2015 but haven't loaded it up yet, too busy playing Santa Clause right now.)

Try "aliasedit" to access keyboard shortcuts in AutoCAD's .pgp file.

Worth a try . .

Did you just upgrade from an older version or switch over from ACAD with Carlson installed on top? The quickkeys command hasn't been needed for quite a while in the embedded version.

Is this something that just came up? I know that if you don't run Carlson as an admin on Win 7 Pro, that Carlson will open, but no Carlson commands will be available.

There is no acad.pgp file in the embedded version.

First install of carlson survey 2015 (previously ran a demo of Carlson Survey 2013 that was uninstalled) on this machine. No ACAD, just DWG true view.

Just looking for a listing of the command line entries for carlson commands. I am not really a menu guy.

I notice that some carlson commands have taken the place of ACAD commands. I for insert in ACAD, I is inverse in Carlson.

I want to see a dope sheet with the command line entries if that makes sense.

Once you create the SURV.pgp you will have to modify it somewhat to dance around the Carlson quick keys. For example "c" is a single copy pre Carlson, but you can add "co" to make multiple copies. I don't know of a list of the Carlson Quick keys. Try searching the built in Help files for ant quick key list items.
After I created my SURV.pgp file I think I had only 3
or four collisions with the Carlson pre-sets and those were fairly easy to fix.
What you really need too is a copy of Rick Ellis's book at cadapult.com on Carlson Survey and/or Jennifer DiBona's training manuals at thatcadgirl.com . These books will explain a lot to you and are more than worth their price tags.

This is from the "HELP" menu in Carlson Survey. If you want most of your normal Quick Keys back, the PGP file that I offered you will fix that problem.

"Quick Keys" allows you to enter in the coding shown here on the left, and by doing so run the commands shown on the right.

What's really interesting is that in my Carlson Survey 2010 the HELP file lists the same as yours about going to the "Settings" pull down. I do that, but THER IS NO LINE ITEM for Quick Keys?? Now they have "fixed" the pull down. but it still is not linked to a PGP file because no such file in the program.
I believe they are trying to build one master menu board that works in both the OEM and Intellicad version. They are getting the menus fixed, but as of now they have not linked all of the pull down commands to the pull down listings. Maybe by the 2017 version??

Well, I finally opened my 2015 and you are absolutely correct. I open the file from the pull down- I hate the ribbon, so it's turned off. A window pops up sayinh I can edit the *qks file. No you cannot.
For example, I like to have CA call up the twisttxt command. I set that in the edit box. Then I go into the command line and it says unrecognized command twisttxt? I go under the EDIT menu to text and select twisttxt and it works fine.
I'll let you know if I find a fix.
