It must be here. How do grab a line and set points at certain(varying)distances as you move along the line?

is this carlson all by itself or carlson with cad?
i often use MEASURE and DIVIDE to create nodes along a line.

With CAD. I know there's many ways of doing this but it would seem under COGO with all the other great commands they have there would be a command where you could grab the line and set points at VARYING distances as you move along the line. LDD has a command that does this.

Go to COGO, then down to Interpolate Points, pick the interval along entity option.
