Two options come to mind:

1. From the File menu, choose Project -- Store Project Archive. This will result in a ZIP file of the DWG and associated project data files (you could use a ZIP application like WinZip to remove the Carlson data files) and then Email the resulting ZIP file, or,

2. Presuming you have an Email client such as Outlook, from the Settings menu, choose Menus -- Carlson Menus -- IntelliCAD Menu and then issue the File -- Send Mail command (or simply key-in MAIL). Per the on-line help, the MAIL command:

>Activates your mail program so you can send an IntelliCAD drawing file by electronic mail. The Send Mail command supports any Message Application Programming Interface (MAPI-compliant) mail program (such as Microsoft® Exchange or Outlook®, Qualcomm® Eudora®, and Lotus CC:Mail).

I don't use any of the above Email clients (I use a web/browser-based Email system) so I am unable to test the functionality of the command but hope the information above helps.
