is there a way to label lats and longs in Carson? i am unable to see how to set up the project so that I could use geographic coordinates....

My menu has Annotate > Label Lat/Long. Using Carlson Survey 2012..
carlson standalone 2008 will check tere however thanks

Have you set-up your coordinates system in the drawing settings?
Set your coordinate system to UTM and knock yourself out.

I don't think it will do that. I use Corpscon to convert to state plane.
In the drawing set up, define the datum you're working in. Then lablat and it will set the lat and long at the corner. This worked in 08 and 12 also.
