Had to get a new laptop at home other one bit the dust . So I load Carlson to use at home and use the new Hardware option to Authorize it and I get to work and my desktop has been unauthorized . Not a good day for dealing with this . They could at least call before they put me on the street . Got 2 crews to get out the door and no Carlson to do it . Dont need this right now . Would be nice if they called first .
Quick fix , Carlson Help is great . Had crew breathing down my neck and no way to get them going all is good .
I believe the correct choice for the home install would have been "Home Use". See this Carlson Knowledge Base link for an explanation. I bet a quick call to Carlson with an explanation of your situation will get the problem solved.
