I'm using Carlson 2009 with intellicad. Today when I try to draw arcs they appear to have two lines when viewed through the viewport. One line appears to have the correct linetype and one appears to have the continuous linetype. I have tried to draw using the draw > arc command and also using the polyline command. I have also exploded the lines, looked to see if the close polyline box was checked in the properties box, and use the polyline > open polyline command to no avail. Any suggestions?

If you activate the viewport, is there two discrete entities for a given arc or one entity? If you issue the Draw -- Write Block (WBLOCK) routine to write the arcs out to a separate drawing, does the behavior still exist? If you click Help -- About Carlson, what Carlson build number are you using? If it is something smaller than the 090909 build, you could download the latest Carlson 2009 build at:

Otherwise, sending a representation of the problem drawing(s) into the Carlson Technical Support Staff might bear additional information.
Thanks Ladd! I should have contacted you first, but I was a lot distracted today. On a personal note, I really like your software and the great support you guys give!
Carlson support is as good as it gets. PLUS you have some outstanding help within spitting distance, unlike so many of us. That CAD Girl, Jennifer DiBona, is not that far away. When you get all bumfuzzeled, give her a call. I have found her to be very helpful AND she puts on some really awesom training session in your area that do not cost an arm and a leg.
