Anyone know how to make your textmask or wipeout part of the text itself. After i mask text if the text is moved the mask has to be selected, the text can easily be moved leaving the mask behind. This is driving me craaaaaaazy. Everyone said to give Carlson some time. Its not Carlson its this **** intellicad

We use ACAD w/Carlson, so not sure if it will work for you but does your properties box have a "background mask" option?
If so, select it, choose background for color, and you should be all set.

Thanks for the response Paul. This does work for mtext good call. Maybe this is another reason i need to start to use mtext.
I need a way for the mask to stick to the text with single line text.
As a previous user of land desktop acad i the mask was always part of the text unless the text was exploded.
