Once upon a time this worked, but not now. Wondering if anyone has found a fix for this, or if anybody else is experiencing it. I like to attach .jpg photos to Carlson points. But when I click on Image Inspector to see it, the entire screen goes black. If I mouse click on the middle of the black screen, the image viewer comes up. Then I can X-out of the viewer and the acad screen stays black until I push the escape key. Sometimes while doing this, the viewer brings up the last image I viewed rather than the image attached to the point I selected, even though the last point I selected isn't even in my view window, so it takes 2 tries to see the right image. I've tried updating my video driver and rolling the driver back to an earlier version, but no good. If I've been viewing images in a cad file and I go to open another dwg, acad crashes and disappears without even displaying an error window. About a year ago, this was happening but changing my refresh rate fixed it. Now changing that setting doesn't help.

It does work for me on Carlson 2013 with ICAD7.
