I am using Carlson 2008 Standalone, and for some reason, I cannot select multiple entities for moving, changing properties, etc.

Is there a variable that controls the number of entities that can be selected?

Thanks in advance

EDIT:

I think I found it. I changed the value for Pickadd. This seems to have fixed it.

Is there a list of the variable, and what they control?

I'm not sure of your CAD engine but if your edition has Express Tools installed "SYSVDLG" will work. If not type "SETVAR" "?" "*" should list all your current variable CAD settings.

Also, there are printed lists online if you search autocad variable list or intellicad variable list.

good luck . .

I found it here:

Settings/AutoCAD Options/Selection(tab)/Selection modes/Use Shift to add to selection (un-check)
