Wife had some once (prescription), no complaints, but when she got new glasses, she swears they forgot to put the blue screen protection on them. So judging by that, they seem to have some affect. I don't know if my "puter specs" (also prescription) have the blue screen or not, I got them because of the focus distance since I was craning my neck to see the screen through the bifocals because I just couldn't get the screen(s) low enough.

I wear a pair here at the office every day. $20 off amazon... maybe there's a little placebo effect but I no longer get headaches from staring at a screen all day. I can sure tell when I don't have them on.
