Another Civil 3D Question

I usually use running osnaps endpoint and node most of the time and turn them off and on with F3.?ÿ My question is what would continually cause them to clear and have to be reset??ÿ

Yeah, this is quite annoying and another thing I would have probably asked about eventually.?ÿ I haven't found a solution to it but I haven't looked all that much either since I don't run into it often.

An alternative is the use the "Note" label if you are just labeling existing features (ie. if you don't need to use fields or anything "fancy").
