I recent found out that another Surveyor has passed.
Bill Forshey was a kind, good man. If you needed help, he was always ready to help. He owed Balcones Land Surveying in Austin, Texas. He was an avid outdoorsman and very active with the Boy Scouts. He will definitely be missed.
