Do you need a surveyor license in NC to provide "UNCERTIFIED" topos' by drone?
What if you add a disclaimer "***Charlotte UAV is not a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. All accuracy claims must be verified under the supervision of a licensed professional land surveyor."

What...are you kidding? Do I need a license to provide "UNCERTIFIED " boundaries? What kind of ____ is that? Add a disclaimer? So what! Statutory and professional responsibilities cannot be disclaimed away.?ÿ?ÿ
Now, there is this..... photogrammetric photo collection has always been done by services who employ licensed pilots, but not licensed engineers or land surveyors. So I don't see any problem with using a drone flight service.
