Predicted 6 more weeks of winter.

I want to know when winter started?

We've had 3-4 days of winter weather this season.

I'm still working on my first load of firewood and just had my propane tank refilled today.

What happened to winter Punxsutawney Phil!?!

Our calendar has been useless for relating to the weather. What we've had here has been August, September, October, October, October, February, February.

What I'm afraid of is that we might have coming up July, July, July^2, August, August.

Six more weeks of the "winter we have had". I shoveled three times, so far, 3" once 1" twice, I will take that, and consider that very good.

You can have ours. Cordova is at 21', I think. We have 2'-3' here in Anchorage and more to come. Nome is stuck at 35 below, as is the entire West Coast and the Slope. Blizzard warnings from the Aleutians thru Southcentral. You can have it, I've worn out my snow blower and the plow on my truck! Bah Humbug!!:-(

Really, what winter.

It has not been below freezing around more than the wee morning hours.

The plum trees at the end of my driveway have been putting out growth. Without over 40hrs under freezing, doesn't that means no fruit.

Going to be some hungry creatures around these parts expecting nuts and berries.

General Beauregard Lee

In Atlanta predicted an early Spring. That suits me, I don't like cold weather.

We have flowers coming up that usually don't break ground till the second week in March. I don't know whether to be amazed or worried.:-)

I have only had to get plowed out once so far this winter. Usually, by now, we'd have been plowed out 8 or 10 times by now.

I planted tomatoes 2 weeks ago and planted pepper seeds.
The peppers are popping up good too. We have Petronilla Phil here.
He is a ground squirrel and he says "what winter?"
Summer might be hell though;)
