I have no idea why but I am absolutely whupped. Yesterday I finished the fieldwork for a little 1.6 acre tract. It was nothing special but at the same time nothing went as planned. I finished it after 3 extra innings and multiple at bats but today I am absolutely whupped and sore as can be. I don't remember the last time I have been this darned sore and wore out. And it was a little job, only 72 shots total and I can hardly move without sore achy muscles and joints.

Welcome to my world. In my case it probably goes back to walking up and down some steep embankments on Thursday.

On Thursday at 9 AM I drove my 800 lb ATV into a 4' deep X 3' wide field tile outlet ditch concealed by tall ragweed. ATV ended up upside-down, I managed to scamper off it and roll out of the way - luckily, or I wouldn't be here typing this. Miraculously no damage to ATV, instrument or accoutrements. Worked the rest of the day in wet clothes and boots. Left shoulder ain't right yet.

As has been said: I'm gittin' too old for this shist.

Manmade.

We are so flat it is imperative that we cut down our little hills and raise our bridges to continue the flatness where it is not present naturally.

I'm no authority but symptoms you describe are consistent with Lyme or another tick bite related disease. Left untreated can lead to meningitis and nerve damage. Not for me to tell you what to do but if it was me I'd be beating down my doctors door to get a diagnosis and on antibiotics asap.

Agree with Williwaw, if you can't identify what ails you it's probably some critter you didn't see.

Well since you're not an authority I'm certainly gonna abstain and refrain from taking your advice on the matter of what ails me. A good soaking ina hot tub will fix me right up. I just have to go buy one.

I'm pretty sure that's not in the operator's manual.

I went to a surveying seminar last weekend and found a tick on me when I got home... Thanks! Whoever you are. :skull:

Meanwhile I have a mild sore shoulder from repetitive motion typing starting last Thursday (updating documentation). After an additional 6 hours over the weekend, it's done, so I hope for a full recovery in a day or so. 😉

The best cure for what ails you .. Just watch a few of those (Insert big-pharma brand name) commercials, don't pay attention to the happy healthy people dressed in fresh linens and frolicking through the sunny glade, because I don't know a soul that lives like that, listen to the side-effects voice-over, and try and decide which side effect you would trade for your current ails. No need to thank me.
