"Why is bird poop white?"
Well you see it's like this; it's a leftover from the last ice age. Trees were few and far between back then and birds were wary of allowing any visual evidence that might signal a predator as to the location of their roost. Those birds that developed white poop therefor survived because their roosting trees weren't as obvious in the snow to predators. Birds with darker poop and their roosts were easier prey for predators such as the arctic tabby or the sabre toothed siamese. Natural selection at its best.
gosh Paden that almost sounds feasible...lol. But alas, it's because fecal matter and urine are produced as a single excrement.

Yeah, I Googled it too...but that was just such a bland explanation I thought it needed some jazzin' up! B-)
Showing my ignorance here, but who is the gent in the photo?
That looks like Cliff
Cliff Claven. A know-it-all on Cheers. One of my favorite episodes of Cheers is when one of the many times that Norm walks into the bar and the usual crowd greats him then asks him what the word of the day is. Norm replies with "It's a dog eat dog world and I'm wearing milk bone underwear." Another one of his lines, "Women, can't live with them.............pass the beer nuts." Loved the show.
I believe Cliff also explained that drinking beer made us smarter.
