As my daughter, a surveyor engineer, here at Argentina , we call them Ingeniera Agrimensora. Now she will start doing field work, she have a huge background in the legal affair related to land titles, but as she works, up the last 2020 12 31 as a official checker at the Cadastral Office she can not do field works, she had his professional title blocked, now as she left that work place , she can do?ÿ field or land surveyor.?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ?ÿ

I will be something like her Sponsor as I acquire two movil GAlaxie 1C, and the H3 plus controller?ÿ from South Instruments. In a short time I will have?ÿ a T17N?ÿ controller to replace it.?ÿ

I pretend to be a simple operator, my background is Mechanic Technician , not?ÿ only about cars and motor, I'm a General technician , and Autolisp programmer, (devitg at cad forum),?ÿ mainly to take data from civil cad data.

My first task to do is to learn how to set up the mobile station and went to field to support the surveyor professional .?ÿ

I did a short brief course with the provider . And now at my office I will start my GNSS task to do.?ÿ

First to setup the units to my place, and then collect some data.?ÿ

Any help will be appreciated .

?ÿ

Gabriel. from C??rdoba Argentina .

Gabriel, welcome to this site.?ÿ I am sure you will receive numerous responses starting on Monday.?ÿ Many of those who participate here sort of disappear over the weekends.?ÿ So comments come in slowly.?ÿ I wish you and your daughter good luck with your work goals.

Glad to see someone from Argentina, we have another new member from Chile, I think, who introduced themselves a couple months ago.

I am not able to offer any help in setting up a GNSS survey system except to put forward the most basic advice which is to measure points on the ground that confirm what you are doing both by position such as a known control point and by location, such as an existing structure.
