I am a long-time stalker coming out from the shadows to participate.?ÿ I have taken away?ÿplenty of?ÿinteresting nuggets of information over the years and started thinking it's about time I?ÿbegan to contribute and add to the communal knowledge where ever I can.

Since I found this place, I have?ÿdeveloped a new found respect for the Torrens land registration system that operates in my jurisdiction after reading some of the many land ownership and transfer?ÿposts.
