anyone ever have this error on their rover? Can't get fix

I have had it before on my R6, it was very location specific and on doing a bit of investigation, came to the conclusion that some other signal was interfering or jamming the L2 signal at that particular site, as a few hundred meters away, the problem would disappear.
My chief suspect of what was causing the interference, was some nearby microwave comm antenna's used by local cell phone mast or telcom lines, there was also an alarm response company nearby with plenty of antennas on their roof.
It was not software or hardware related to the GPS i don't think.
