I am struggling to get into the web ui using an R10 through its wifi. It is sending a weak wifi signal sitting right next to my laptop and never loads when I type in the IP address. Has anyone had this issue before?

First thing to try would be a reboot...and then try to connect with a smartphone. After a reboot I think the wifi is reset to open and the default username/password, which I think is admin/password
