Are you exporting a file for upload to the TSC2, or are you exporting directly from the project to the controller via the "Devices: Direct Connection" dialog?

For my workflow, I generally export 2 files: the corridor on its own, and another file w/ the control, etc. I then upload them with Data Transfer. I don't think I have ever been successful uploading a corridor, etc. all in one shot. For whatever reason TBC doesn't seem to like mixing corridors with any other data. That being said, I haven't really had the opportunity or need to fiddle with it much to see what the issue is.

I use the 'Corridor" export function and choose the "RXL road exporter from corridor" option. The Left and Right offsets should be large enough to encompass the corridor. Verify the "Horizontal alignment station interval" is set to some even value (ie: 25', 100', etc.). The .rxl file should have a few kilos of data size after the export.

The corridor should have more than 1 station and the horizontal alignment needs to have a vertical component/profile.

Without more info on what you exported it is hard to pin down. I just gave a few basics on what we do to make it happen.
