Thinking about getting into RTK. I static survey with GNSS Solutions frequently. I currently have pro mark 3's.
Anyways thinking about getting network rover spectra 80. Nomad survey pro max.
Question. If I lose lock or RTK, (cell phone coverage) can I still log data for points and be able to post process later in office? If so, how much time occupying points.

The Spectra Precision SP80 is a great unit...arguably better than any high end unit on the market. Combining this unit with Survey Pro, which it is built for creates a powerful unit that can be used VRS, RTK or static.
Because the unit has a screen and inboard memory, the unit can be used for static observations if you were to lose VRS or Cell Phone coverage and preferred not to use base and rover. Minimum time for these observations are 15 mins.
