Do RTK networks compensate for drift and if not what is typically done do address it?
From some of my readings it seems like they do. Which of course means, that if you rely on them, you need to figure out how to make your data drift with them, or compensate some other way.
Louisiana holds to the current NGS epoch, which is NAD83 (2011.00). Every network operator has the option of how to handle this, you'd have to contact the network administrator in question. To me it makes sense to align with NGS.
?ÿTo good accuracy in the US, this is the difference between WGS84/IGS08 and NAD83, except for those on the Pacific coast.
There may be differences in what VRS networks broadcast.?ÿ If you can get to valid NAD83 coordinates in most of the US you have compensated for continental?ÿ drift.
The compensation procedure will change a little with the 2022 datum, but will be even better.
I appreciate all the replies. Up here in the northeast, I don't believe we drift as much as folks out west (I want to say the North American plate is more or less rotating up and away towards the north pole). But regardless, it's kept me wondering/worrying. I feel a little better now. 🙂

NGS has not updated the datasheets for CORS positions for the stations on the "Left Coast", but most RTN operators do, as needed, in some manner similar to what Gavin described for Washington. The entire California Spatial Reference System, approximately 900 active continuous GPS stations (plus some historical stations that are no longer active), was recently updated to Epoch 2017.50. This included the subset of stations that comprise the California Real Time Network (CRTN). I have attached the Project Report for reading pleasure.

Actually the NAD83(2011) reflects the realization, the Epoch date is still 2010.0000.

Of course I know that, my point simply being that there is a lot of additional information on that sheet, than the "Data Sheet" (including the origin of the velocity estimate).
