Hello,
Sometimes, after power on, my Promark 500 remains on "Starting..." screen and reboots after a while. Then it starts normally.
I don't know which autotest was not succesfull, please tell me where I could find that error information ?
I had reset the memory and upgrade firmware, but the bug is still there.

In this case, I suppose that is a software bug.

No i make firmwire re install but the problem insist..

There is an internal battery that may need to be replaced.
