I do not use Trimble Business Center, but have had problems in the past with "O" and "N" files.

The first thing is to be sure that the name before the ."dot" is exactly the same for each and that they are in the same folder location, for my software.

For instance NGS no longer puts a matching "N" for each "O" file on the CORS FTP site. You must download the generic "N" files and copy and rename it for every "O" file. Also from time to time someone may send me their "O" file and I have to go get the generic "N" file and rename it.

In addition some software has to have the ephemeris list updated every year. For instance in January each year the first time I want to load an "O" file I have had to add .14O/.15O/.16O to the list.

TBC may be looking for the "N" file in an ephemeris folder, so you may want to duplicate it there.

All "N" files for a certain day can be exactly the same when you open the file but the names used must match the "O" files.

I first thought you were having troubles importing igu...sp3/igr...sp3/igs...sp3 ephemeris information. I have had trouble importing igr's with my older software since a change in it's internal format and resorted to using igu"nnnn"_18.sp3.

OK sir, thank for your information
but, if i see data structure (data name) between N and O file there is no difference
i have tried using by others software the data can be running, and if we state an error occurs in TBC software, why does it run for others data. .?

that is only a description about the problem

Once again thank to give me commend for the problem
