On Friday there was an 'event' at NGS HQ. More details later I am sure. Most services failed to Boulder, but OPUS is down.
Rumor is until Monday, perhaps Tuesday.
My October 2013 GPS World article "http://gpsworld.com/7-free-alternatives-opus-post-processing-in-government-shutdown/&apos ;">Seven Free Alternatives to OPUS GPS Post-Processing " is topical again.

Maybe a practice run for the government shutdown at the end of the month?
Perhaps those submitting their data to other services might re-familiarize themselves with datum differences and conversions. Those other services certainly don't provide state plane coordinates; check your frame and epoch designations!
