Your file ********.*** is empty. Make sure the file name has the exact name as the zipped file if compressed.

Getting this error message today. Tried files previously submitted and still no luck. Same error message. The files definitely have data in them. Is OPUS down or ???????. Nothing is zipped in my file structure. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks

Are you submitting the files in Rinex or the native receiver format?

Processing through Rinex converter same as usual? As I said, I tried files that I sent last week (that worked fine) and today ...NO GO. Has OPUS changed their file format?

I'm getting the same error. I'm trying to send a .tps file from a TopCon reciever.
I tried to convert to rinex, even though I've never had to do that before, but the trimble "convert to RINEX" utility doesn't recognize a .tps extension.
I'm somewhat relieved that it isn't just me.
Keep trying I guess.
Kevin

Getting a message from OPUS that it's temporarily unavailable. If you're in a bind send it to Trimble's RTX-PP.
