So I got an ? 17hr OPUS file in a somewhat open area to the south but a treeline 125' to the north. Opus came back:
OPUS could not process the data file that was submitted. The data was
either very noisy or it was collected in kinematic mode.
So I converted it to Rinex. Same thing. What are my options?

First question:
When was the file collected?

I though so!
Resubmit about Noon tomorrow, and it should process fine.
OPUS will NOT combine an Ultra Rapid and Rapid Ephemeris together.

Thanks Loyal!
