Magellan Promark Xcm ... anyone still using these units?

I have come to have about a dozen of these units with powered antennas, cables and such. I used to use four of these, but sold them to a guy in Africa.

I set one unit up, and the data looked good(although out of date). I need a Windows 95 computer to get the data to download(software is Windows 95 compliant). Then I'll correct the date and use the data ... maybe.

I just need to find a way to download the data ...

You could try running the download software in compatibility mode for win7

If that doesn't work, a WinXP (32bit) machine might do the trick

Windows XP would hook up and appear to converse with the PM10, but nothing but the file name would transfer.

I do have a Windows 8 computer and it does have the RS232 ... hmm
