I have an older GNSS receiver, Topcon Hiper, currently running firmware version 2.3 (May 13, 2003).
After downloading the data, I noticed that the recorded dates are several years behind, which I believe is due to the GPS Week Rollover issue.

I have already checked MyTopcon, but I could not find the firmware files there.

If anyone has a copy of the firmware update (or knows where I can download it) to fix this problem, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you in advance!

I can't help you with firmware, but we have in house software that corrects the rollover date and cleans up RINEX files for submission to OPUS.
