Try clearing almanac and then let it cook for awhile and see if it tacks after downloading a new broadcast almanac. Don't have a GS15, but I know older Leica gear you could do that.

If that doesn't fix it, possibly bad news, I have had the measurement engine fail in other receivers and that is end of road short of board replacement. A GS15 may be at or beyond service?

I know a place that has some used 15's for sale, might be an option if yours is dead.

I think Leica actually refers to this as clearing the cache.?ÿ With the unit powered on you have to hold the power and transmit/receive buttons down at exactly the same time for 3-5 seconds.?ÿ If done correctly all the lights will flash a few times and it will reboot.?ÿ In doing so it deletes the current almanac along with a number of other things.?ÿ If you're using it on a reference network I've seen where they won't fix sometimes because they get locked in on previously used cell tower and for some reason don't want to let go of it.?ÿ Clearing the cache using this method almost always fixes the problem.?ÿ I tell my guys to do this once a month even if they aren't having problems.?ÿ This method works the same on the GS14's.?ÿ I can't speak to newer models but I suspect they have a similar routine.?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ
