What are some options, preferably low cost, regarding GPS software.?ÿ I just need something that will take static L1, preferably something that can import Ashtech files, or rinex files and process them and output Tennessee state plane coordinates.

Check out this thread: https://surveyorconnect.com/community/gnss-geodesy/ashtech-promark2/ I think it is the same question.

I love using the OPUS project manager option. You have to go through their course one way or the other but it is awesome independent multi-solution, least squares, post processing awesomeness.?ÿ

You might try here: https://spectrageospatial.com/survey-office/ .?ÿ Time was, you could download Ashtech Solutions and process L1 only without a license.?ÿ Don't know what this iteration is like.
